Got Sparklers this holiday?

Here’s some safety tips:
* Wear gloves – sparklers heat up to several hundred degrees C and have toxins in them like perchlorate. Wash your hands after!
* Never give them to children under 8 or anyone drunk.
* Stay out of the hospital by lighting them just one at a time.
* Once spent, drop them in water or sand.
* Keep them away from the fireworks & other sparklers, or you’ll permanently “light up your life.”
* Of course, never use them indoors!
